Each Pilates/Yoga session is 55 minutes long. All sessions are by appointment only. Booking your appointment in advance will increase your chance of acquiring your preferred time. All packages purchased for private/duet instruction are non-refundable at this time. A fee of $50 will be applied to your account if an appointment is not cancelled within 24 hours.
