Pilates

Pilates is a method of exercise used to develop or rehabilitate core muscles. Joseph Pilates created this method during the 1920's as a way for people to gain body awareness and achieve proper postural alignment. Many benefits of Pilates include injury prevention, enhanced athletic performance, and increased self-confidence.
Yoga

Yoga transforms the body and mind by using asanas (yogic poses), and breathing techniques. Asanas help practitioners stay present and connect to their true state of being. On a basic level, students feel as though the stretching helps develop long, smooth muscle tissue, and relieves stress.

Reformer Yoga

Reformer Yoga consists of performing Yoga asanas on the Pilates Reformer using spring resistance. Combining the best of both worlds, strength and flexibility, Yoga and Pilates compliment each other.
